Our dedicated team have worked tirelessly on a range of different projects to protect the unique landscape of Dartmoor, including preserving the area's archaeology and restoring its natural habitats and wildlife.

Our HISTORY

For over 140 years, the Dartmoor Preservation Association has been at the forefront of campaigning for the protection and conservation of Dartmoor National Park.

Our PEOPLE

We are a small but mighty charity led by a Board of Trustees, a small team of office staff and our very active volunteers.

HOW WE ARE RUN

The Dartmoor Preservation Association operates as a charity in law.

Members of the Board of Trustees have key roles to play in contributing to the decision-making of the Association to represent our wider membership.
