AGM 2026
Our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) is on Saturday the 13th of June, from 11am to 4pm at Yelverton War Memorial Hall, Meavy Ln, Yelverton PL20 6AL.
This year's AGM will comprise of a morning meeting, with a mini conference to follow in the afternoon, featuring a talk from Emma Magee from the Duchy of Cornwall.
A complimentary light lunch included, which will be served buffet style between 1pm and 2pm. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements when booking in. The event is free, but we do ask attendees to RSVP if possible via the form at the bottom of this page so that we can provide appropriate catering.
All are welcome, but please note that only members can vote.

Emma Magee
Emma is the Head of Communities and Nature for the Duchy of Cornwall, working on Dartmoor. Tasked with delivering an ambitious vision spanning protected habitats, upland livelihoods and innovative delivery mechanisms this work necessitates working in partnership and close collaboration with a wide range of partners.
